The Vero Beach Art Club is pleased to announce our application is now available for the
73rd annual Under the Oaks Fine Arts and Crafts show.

Application Dates: June 1- October 20, 2023
Application Fee: $35.00
Late Application Dates: October 27, 2023
Additional Late Fee: $25.00
Notification Date: November 20, 2023

We invite you to apply online through Juried Art Services ( www.JuriedArtServices.com ). Join your fellow artists and craftsmen under the majestic live oaks in Riverside Park as we celebrate the Vero Beach Art Club's premier annual juried art event.

Each year crowds number more than 50,000 for this three-day prestigious event. The 2023 event promises to be better than ever with our strong advertising promotions. Approximately 210 artists are invited to participate in the show with ribbons and monetary awards presented in numerous categories. Under the Oaks offers easy set-up and take-down, artists parking behind booths in most cases, booth sitting, breakfast each morning, adjacent off-site RV parking, and a group of volunteers eager to make your stay in Vero Beach a pleasant experience.

  1. One category per application. Booth space size is 10’ x 10’ with 2’ in between. Sorry, no double booth spaces. See below for corner and extra large spaces. Corners and extra large spaces will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

  2. Four digital images required with online applications at www.juriedartservices.com/ (3 images of artwork, 1 of display booth for each application).

  3. 2023 Best in Show, 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Award Winners will be automatically juried in.

  4. Application deadline is October 20, 2023.

  5. Late deadline is October 27, 2023 additional fee applies.

  6. Administrative fee of $35 will be required at application, payable online via paypal or credit card through Juried Art Services. Late deadline fee is an additional $25.

  7. Notification date: November 21, 2022.

  8. Booth fee, corner fee, extra large space, is payable upon notification of “INVITED.” Applicable checks must be received within 20 days of notification (December 11, 202)… no exceptions. If your check is not received by then, your position as “INVITED” will be rescinded and waitlisted applicants will be called.

  9. Booth Fee is $420

  10. Corner space (if available) requires an additional $175.00 check.

  11. An extra wide space (if available) requires an additional $100.00 check.

  12. An extended space (if available, (established upon set up; beyond 10x10x10)) requires an additional $100.00 check.

  13. Upon notification of acceptance, all applicable checks should be made payable to "Vero Beach Art Club".

13. Please make sure the name on your check matches your application submission name. Indicate any identity
discrepancies if using business checks. Also, include your application number and any special requests, such as
booth number, corner space, wide space, etc. There will be no refunds after November 30, 2023.

14. Acceptance notifications (Invited) will appear in your Juried Art Services account on or before November 21st
and you will also be notified by an email from Vero Beach Art Club on the same day.

Show Judging is based on the overall body of work in category applied in. Judging takes place at 9am on Friday with the awards presented on Saturday Morning. This is a family-oriented show in a lovely, artist friendly setting.  We look forward to receiving your application.
